the demolition of the existing garage structure to the side, the removal of the dwelling's rear flat roof structure, the removal of 1no. of the 2no. chimney structures, the construction of a single-storey pitched roof extension to the side that extends forward of the existing front building plane and is complete with 1no. rooflight to the front roof slope, the construction of a bay window extension to the front, the construction of a new rear extension with a pitched & flat roof structure c/w rooflights, the installation of photovoltaic solar panels to the southern & western roof slopes and an external insulation wrap to all existing external walls, the construction of a single-storey domestic garage structure, the construction of a new site entrance off of the public road L-70096-1 and other alterations to the existing single-storey detached dwelling
