permission for the retention of amendments to the residential development previously approved under planning references 18/368 & 249009 to include the following works: • Revised external finishes to House Types B, C, D, E, F & F1. • Removal of chimneys from all houses within the development. • Amendments to House Types E, F, F1 Unit Nos: (35/36/37) to a mirrored version of that previously approved. • Revised bay window design, including amended material finish, roof design and dimensions to House Types A, B & C. • Revised entrance door surrounds to front elevation of House Types E, F, F1 Unit No: (16/17/18/28/29/30/35/36/37) from curved arch to flat. • The addition of a secondary entrance door to the side of House Type A. • Removal of rear windows to House Types B & C. • Removal of rooflights to House Types D, E, F & F1. • Alterations to unit numbers. • Alterations/Amendments to foul & storm drainage design together with new pumping station. • Alterations to finished floor levels. • All associated site works
