planning permission for an alteration to / increase in, the approved stock numbers (as provided for under condition No. 2e of permission Ref: 18/360 & 239007 (currently in construction)) previously granted by Monaghan Co. Co., together with all ancillary structures and associated site works, on and or adjacent to an existing poultry farm. This application relates to a development, which is for the purposes of an activity requiring a Licence under part IV of the Environmental Protection Agency (Licensing) Regulations 1994 to 2013. An Environmental Impact Assessment Report (EIAR) will be submitted with this planning application
