permission for a development which will consist of a dormer style dwelling house, domestic garage, wastewater treatment system and soil polishing filter, entrance walls and piers together with all ancillary site development works. The domestic garage to be used as a self-contained dwelling unit on a temporary basis during the construction of the proposed dwelling house and to revert to a domestic garage upon completion of the proposed dwelling house (Previously Granted Permission under Planning Reference No. 20/30)
