planning permission is sought for (1) The removal of existing roadside hedgerow and the establishment of a replacement native hedgerow set back 2.4 metres from the existing road side; (2) 2 no. existing gateways to be relocated. The gate to the dwelling to be set back 7 metres from edge of road, and the gate to the field to be set back 12 metres from edge of road. Application also seeks Retention Permission for (1) The site Entrance way from the public road and farmland as constructed; (2) changes to the house location, now set further back from the public road than previously permitted, 30m from edge of road; (3) the location of the septic tank and percolation area as constructed; and (4) the location of the water well as constructed
