the development will consist of the construction of a new storey and a half extension with single storey extensions to the side and rear of the existing single storey dwelling, conversion of the existing hipped roof to a gable ended roof, demolition of the existing extension to the rear and attached garage to the side of the existing dwelling, renovations and alterations to the existing dwelling including elevational changes and revisions to the site layout plan, new detached garage, decommissioning of the existing septic tank, and upgrade to a new wastewater disposal system, and all associated site works
