Planning Permission for Retention is sought for (1) The Retention of the partially constructed single storey pitched roof extension to the existing single storey pitched roof dwelling to include (a) foundations, (b) ground floor slab (c) rising walls and (d) part external walls (2) Increased depth of front elevation window openings (3) External and internal alterations to the existing dwelling. Planning Permission is sought for (4) To complete the construction of the single storey pitched roof extension to the existing single storey pitched roof dwelling. New pitched roof to tie onto existing garage roof (5) To complete external and internal alterations to the existing dwelling (6) Enlarge and improve the existing vehicular entrance off the public road (7) Decommission existing septic tank and install a new wastewater treatment system and soil polishing filter and (8) All necessary ancillary site development works to facilitate this development
