The development been retained consists of: (a) Revised overflow car park /service yard area layout. (b) Construction of a glass structure to the end of existing 2 bedroom detached unit (Old School House Building) (c) The timber cladding to 2 no. shipping containers used as laundry area. (d) Cladding of existing building ( St. Paul’s ) also known as Boyne Suite and the construction of 3 no balconies to the rear of the building. (e) Construction of uPVC Orangery to the rear of the existing function room. (f) Construction of glass structures to both the front and rear of the Spa Tea Rooms. (g) Free Standing Sauna and Hot Tub with decked area to the rear of the spa building. (h) Recessed hot tub complete with screen fence and rail in rear garden of spa building. (i) 3 no. Relaxation Pods in rear garden of spa building. (j) Renovations to existing swimming pool which include its reduction in size and construction of a balcony area to include an ice tub together with 2 no. free standing sauna units. (k) Detached Carriage Suite Pod with balcony area and hot tub adjacent to entrance road. (l) Detached boat bar and lounge with side balcony / entrance.
