the development will consist of the construction of a two-storey extension to the rear of the existing childcare facility, providing 2 no. additional classrooms, 1 no. sleep room and an external escape stairs, together with alterations to the existing internal floor layout, an increase in the permitted childcare capacity from 80 no. children to 100 no. children and operating hours of 7:00am to 6:00pm and all associated site and development works
