the development will comprise of a total 4no. apartment units as follows: a. Alterations to an existing mixed use building including change of use of the existing first floor storage areas to 4no. one bed apartments and associated areas. b. Part change of use of a section of the existing ground floor creche facility to form part of the vertical access to the proposed first floor apartment areas. c. Construction of new entrance lobby. d. Elevational changes including the provision of balcony areas for each apartment. e. Provision of a new communal open space area with all hard and soft landscape works with public lighting, planting and boundary treatments. f. Bin and bike storage areas. g. An EV charging point. h. Alterations to the existing vehicular entrance and reconfiguration of the existing car parking area. i. Construction works to facilitate foul, water and service networks for connection to the existing foul, water, gas and ESB networks. j. All associated site development works.
