the development will consist of; (a) the demolition of the existing fire damaged function room comprising 420sq.m (b) the construction of a new function room, toilet accommodation, keg rooms and staff welfare facilities comprising 650sq.m (c) erection of new front entrance canopy (d) installation of new windows and doors to the existing front toilet block (e) modifications and upgrading of the existing site entrance adjacent the R132 roadway (f) new landscaping and hardstanding works to the perimeter of the new function room and (g) all associated site and ground works
