The development will consist of (A) The partial demolition of the existing dwelling and upgrade works to the retained portion of the dwelling; (B) Construction of a 160sq.m extension, physically connected to the retained portion of the existing dwelling; (C) Installation of a proposed new waste-water treatment system, including a raised percolation area and the decommissioning and removal of the existing septic tank; (D) Upgrade and improvement of the existing site entrance to a boundary wall and gated access to facilitate the proposed development; (E) Internal site footpaths, hard and soft landscaping; (F) and all ancillary site works associated with the above
