the development will consist of renovations and alterations of the existing first floor apartment located above D. & D.'s Fruit & Veg, including (1) demolition of the pitched roof to the first floor rear projection (2) replacement roof to the existing first floor apartment, (3) internal alterations and improvements to the existing first floor apartment & ground floor access way (4) elevational changes. Permission is also sought for all associated site works and services. The development is located within Kells Historic Core Architectural Conservation Area, and a Zone of Archeological potential
