the development will consist of (1) the demolition of the attached storeroom located to the rear of the existing dwelling (2) construction of family flat within a single storey extension to the side/rear of the existing dwelling. Permission is also sought for renovations, extension and alterations to existing dwelling including, (3) change of use of attached garage to habitable accommodation (4) first floor extension to the side of the existing dwelling, (5) new balustrading to the existing balcony. (6) revised window / door openings (7) revision of site boundaries (8) decommissioning of the existing domestic septic tank system, and the installation of a replacement wastewater disposal system, and all associated site works and services
