The development consists of 1. The construction of a 2 storey 4-bedroom detached dwelling. 2. A new private well. 3. To install a new sewage treatment system with percolation area. 4. To partly remove the existing hedge to allow for unobstructed sightlines to access the proposed site from the public road using the existing recessed type entrance and set back 3m from the road frontage behind a timber and post fence & grass verge and with and with all ancillary site development works. Note: The existing entrance enters the townlands of Fletcherstown & Clongil
