the development consists of 1. The construction of a 1 no bedroom, art studio ground floor extension to the rear of the existing dwelling. 2. A rear ground floor extension to the existing kitchen dining room area 3. To demolish the existing sunroom area to the rear of the dwelling 4. To reconfigure the interior of the existing dwelling with minor alterations externally which include a new location for the front door. 5 A new sewerage treatment system with percolation area and with all ancillary site development work
