a) Demolition of the existing sub-standard, G-BER rated, detached and derelict 1 and 2-storey dwelling. b) The construction of a replacement A-BER rated, detached, 1 and 2-storey dwelling and garage, with the dwelling offset by 2m from the existing dwelling’s roadside building line, within the same site. c) The continued use of the two existing vehicular entrances. d) An EPA compliant Waste Water Treatment System to replace the existing septic tank system. e) All associated site-works
