the construction of 82 no. residential units comprising 10 no. 2-bed semi-detached houses (Types D1 and D2), 40 no. 3-bed terraced houses (Types B1, B2, B3 and B4), 13 no. 3-bed terraced houses (Types C1, C2, C3 and C4) and 19 no. 4-bed terraced houses (Types A1, A2, A3 and A4). The proposed development will also include vehicular, pedestrian and cyclist access, internal roads and footpaths, car and bicycle parking, public and private open space, landscaping, boundary treatments, public lighting, surface water and foul drainage infrastructure, utility services and all associated site development and infrastructural works. A Natura Impact Statement (NIS) has been prepared in respect of the proposed development and accompanies the planning application.
