Full description from the council file
retention permission is sought for substructure foundation works completed on site. The retention application includes the relocation of the dwelling house foundations approximately 7.9m to the southeast and the relocation of the garage foundations approximately 8.3m to the southeast from the positions previously permitted under Planning Ref. No. 25/60901. Permission is also sought to revise the site boundaries from those previously approved under Planning Ref. No. 25/60901 to align with the Land Registry Folio boundaries. The previously permitted dwelling house and garage designs, new domestic entrance onto the public road, and all associated site development works are to remain as granted under Planning Ref. No. 25/60901 at the above address
