The retention application includes the relocation of the dwelling house foundations approximately 7.9m to the southeast and the relocation of the garage foundations approximately 8.3m to the southeast from the positions previously permitted under Planning Ref. No. 25/60901. Permission is also sought to revise the site boundaries from those previously approved under Planning Ref. No. 25/60901 to align with the Land Registry Folio boundaries.
