Full description from the council file

The development will consist of demolition of elements of the existing dwelling and the provision of a new 2-storey extension to the east of the existing dwelling, internal and external alterations and refurbishment works to the existing dwelling including the building up of the gables with matching stonework (previously a hipped roof) and a new wastewater treatment system and percolation area together with all associated site development works.
