Planning permission for a farm diversification project consisting of: (a) the provision of a agri-tourism enterprise comprising three guest accommodation cabins, one recreational cabin for communal guest use (including toilet/shower facilities), and one ancillary utility cabin; (b) a serviced agri-camping area; (c) the installation of a ground-mounted solar array with battery storage to provide renewable energy for the development; and (d) a private wastewater treatment system and percolation area, along with all associated site works and native landscaping to integrate the development into the existing farm holding.
