Finnegans Sand Limited intends to apply to Mayo County Council for planning permission for development at this site The development will consist of the proposal for recovery and recycling of construction and demolition materials and inert soil and stone within a portion of an extant quarry in a site area of circa 1.6 ha. The proposed development is within the same footprint as Waste Facility Permit No. WFP-MO-22-0064-01 which is due to expire in January 2028. Upon the grant of planning, a separate Waste Facility Permit will be sought from Mayo County Council and an End of Waste Declaration will be submitted to the EPA for this activity. Planning is sought for six years and will include use of existing plant and machinery and all ancillary site works and services
