We, Simon Beale + Associates, are applying to Mayo County Council on behalf of Freshglade Ltd for retention permission for the following: (1) an existing single storey storage shed (61.61 m2) and (2) change of use of 2 No terraced dwellings (ground floor and first floor) into retail space and ancillary office/storage/staff areas (Total area : 148.16 m2) and full planning permission for the following: (1) The construction of proposed extensions to existing retail unit of 15.4 m2 (2) minor changes to all elevations including alterations to existing signage, together with all ancillary site development works including the upgrade of existing car parking facilities at No. 23-26 Lord Edward Street, Ballina, Co. Mayo.
