Full permission for provision of a new wastewater treatment plant with soil polishing filter and decommissioning of the existing wastewater treatment plant and all associated site development works "SPLIT DECISION" 1. TO GRANT RETENTION PERMISSION for the cabin structure AND TO GRANT PERMISSION for the provision of a new wastewater treatment plant with soil polishing filter and decommissioning of the existing wastewater treatment plant subject to the 5 conditions set out in Schedule 1 attached. 2. TO REFUSE RETENTION PERMISSION for the 2m high metal fence and electric gate to front boundary for the reason set out in Schedule 2 attached. 3. TO GRANT RETENTION PERMISSION for the cabin structure AND TO GRANT PERMISSION for the provision of a new wastewater treatment plant with soil polishing filter and decommissioning of the existing wastewater treatment plant subject to the 5 conditions set out in Schedule 1 attached.
