the development will consist of the renovation of an existing detached dwelling, demolition of existing single-storey extension (South-West) and front/side porches (North/East). The development also consists of the construction of a two-storey extension to the rear and side (South and West), a single-storey extension to the side (West), and the partial demolition of existing single-storey sheds. The works will include alterations to existing fenestration and all associated ancillary site works
