In addition to this, full planning permission is being sought for 1), change of use from domestic garage to creche facilities, 2), additional internal driveway that splays off from existing driveway 3), parking facilities to the rear of existing domestic garage 4), signage for proposed Creche facilities which will be located at the existing entrance to the property and at the front elevation of the proposed Creche, and all ancillary site works whereby full planning permission is now also being sought for the revised location & details of the existing site entrance which are now at variance with the approved plans granted under PL18/77 and all ancillary works
