the temporary (5 years) placement of a purpose-built prefabricated sauna structure on the curtilage of the site. The proposed development and all associated groundwork connect to existing external infrastructure with no demolition or change to the protected structure and are designed to be in keeping with the design requirements of the existing protected structure using a foundation that is soft touch and reversible. Shannon Rowing Club is on the NIAH (National Inventory of Architectural Heritage) Schedule, Ref no: 21512011 and a Protected Structure RPS reg no: 3271; the site is adjacent to Harbour Pier and Lock NIAH Ref no:21512015, RPS: 6060.
