(a) demolition of the pitched roof of the existing building along with the 2 No. first floor sections within it, (b) construct a new raised flat roof over the extent of the existing building, along with the provision of a new mezzanine level internally, (c) alter both the northern & southern elevations of the existing building by constructing windows at first floor level, (d) construct a flat roof over proposed parking area on the southern side of the building, (e) to construct a two storey flat roofed extension to the western side of the existing building, and (f) all ancillary site works
