the single storey flat roofed extension to the side of the existing house. The proposal includes the replacement of this flat roof with a pitched roof to match the existing pitched roof. Permission is also sought for the removal of the existing extension to the rear of the existing house and the construction of a replacement extension in its place, alterations to existing windows, the removal of the existing front porch and the construction of a relocated replacement front porch
