Connection of Unit 2 to Unit 1 by removal of part of shared wall. 4. Construction of wall at the ground floor with openings, and stairs to first floor storage area at Unit 1 5. Single storey extension to the rear of Unit 1 which extends to a 3 sided loading bay 6. Canopy to the front of Unit 1 7. Changes to front elevation of Unit 1 by the replacement of a window and glazed screens with door with 2 roller shutters And all associated site works
