To retain structures including a pool room, a kitchen area providing food to be served in the public house as extended, and a storage shed, all adjoining the extended bar area. 4. To retain the change of use of the existing residential dwelling formerly associated with the public house to short term letting accommodation including provision of sign to front elevation and internal alterations.
