The development will consist of: The construction of 2 no. outdoor padel courts (each measuring 20m x 10m) with associated perimeter enclosures comprising tempered glass panels and powder-coated steel mesh fencing to a maximum height of approximately 4 metres. The development will also include: • Artificial turf playing surface with sand infill and shockpad, including drainage and reinforced concrete base; • Installation of LED sports lighting on columns approximately 6–8 metres in height; • Provision of access pathways and minor ground works; • Installation of net systems and all associated court equipment; • All associated site development and ancillary works. The proposed development is to be located within the existing Dromahair Community Park and will utilise existing access and parking facilities.
