(1). construct a new therapy suite, (2).construct a new outdoor plunge pool, (3).Retain existing shelter building (The Cedaroo), (4).retain existing wellness centre building, (5). retain 2 No. outdoor hot tubs and 4 No. outdoor seaweed baths associated with the wellness centre building, (6).retain existing play area, (7).retain existing ESB sub-Station Building, (8).retain existing car parking area and access lane serving same, (9).retain temporarily, existing reception building for a five-year period. (10).To retain temporarily, existing coffee shop for a five-year period. (11).To retain temporarily, existing storage/maintenance buildings for a five-year period. (12).To retain and complete the change of use of the existing barn to an events venue centre to include the renovation, partial demolition and extension of this structure. (13).To regularise existing entrance piers, wing walls granted under planning no 21/67 (14).All associated site works. The development is located within the curtilage and attendant grounds of Drumhierny Lodge which is a Protected Structure in the Leitrim County Development Plan 2023-2029 in the town lands of Drumhierny and Macken, Leitrim Village Co. Leitrim.
