(a) Refurbishment, alterations and change of use of former narrow gauge railway building, for community use as follows:- station house to 1 no. 2-bed accommodation unit. Reception/ticket office to office/work-space hub with café facilities, (b) Construction of exhibition space including kitchenette & toilet facilities and glazed link with existing Station Building, (c) Site development work, carparking, landscaping, out-door seating, alterations to existing entrance and connection to existing services. Mohill Railway Station is a Protected Structure Reg. No. 268.
