retention and completion of the following works to a recorded protected structure (No. 30813016): 9A) The change of use from commercial use to residential use of which incorporate 2 No. Apartments Consisting of 1 No. Two bedroom apartments on ground floor level & 1 No. Two Bedroom Apartment on first floor level. (B) Existing partially completed alterations to the existing window opes on ground floor level. Full planning permission is also being sought for the following. (I) Proposed removal of the existing glazing along the north eastern façade of the building together with the construction of a new external wall with individual window opes to service the proposed apartments; (ii) Proposed construction/erection of a new fence/wall so as to create 2 No. private amenity spaces to service the proposed apartments in the existing open yard to the rear of the existing building (iii) Proposed replacement of 3 No. first floor level windows with timber/accoya timber sash windows and all ancillary works
