as built development previously approved under planning reference numbers 7198, 11511 & 11902 which includes (a) alterations to as built two storey dwelling with attached garage which is a handed version of previously approved drawings submitted under planning reference 7198 with alterations to plans/elevations, (b) alterations to as built cat kennels development approved under planning reference 11511 with alterations to plans/elevations & roof profile and change of use to domestic storage (c) as built out building previously approved as dog kennels under planning reference 11902 which includes alterations to plans/elevations & roof profile and planning for change of use of came to domestic storage (d) as built domestic garage (e) additional site entrance to northest corner of site onto public road (f) existing wastewater treatment system together with planning permission to relocate and upgrade percolation area within site boundaries
