1. construction of new carpark which will utilise an existing forest access onto the L-2107 road to include the provision of seating area and bicycle stand. 2. construction of 2 no. extensions to the Fowley's Falls Trail which will comprise of the construction of approx. 1200 metres of trail path up to 2 metres in width with access to the proposed new carpark and to Rossinver Organic Centre. 3. upgrading the existing trail path where required to include diverting approx. 80m of the existing trail around a landslide area. All the above will also include the upgrading of the existing boundary treatments, new stock proof gates, new signage and the addition of new boundary treatments, along with all associated works
