the following development (a) proposed demolition of existing extensions and outhouses to the rear of existing three storey mixed use building; (b) proposed construction of a three storey extension to the rear of the existing three storey mixed use building comprising of commercial / retail space on ground floor level, 4 no. one bedroom apartments at first and second floor levels; (c) proposed internal alterations of existing first and second floor levels of existing three storey mixed use building so as to create 2 no. one bedroom apartments; (d) proposed alterations to front façade with the installation of a proposed shop front to service the existing /proposed retail/commercial space on ground floor level; (e) provision of an open courtyard and car parking provisions to the rear; (f) proposed connections to the existing foul sewer surface water and watermain networks and all ancillary works
