development consisting of Change of Use of an existing Authorised Treatment Facility for recovery of end of life vehicles to a Biomass Renewable Energy Processing facility consisting of the following: (a) proposed 2 bay shed attached to the north east of the existing shed to be used for the intake and drying process of Biomass; (b) The existing shed to be used for Biomass pellet production; (c) Proposed 2 bay storage shed attached to the south western elevation of the existing shed to be used for storage of finished pellet product; (d) The existing oil depollution shed to be used for the storage of Biomass; (e) The demolition and removal of the existing bunded oil area / shed , including all ancillary works as per document lodged to Leitrim County Council
