1) Change of use of an existing former HSE medical centre with a floor area of 66.72 sq. m to residential use as a private dwelling. 2) Renovation and refurbishment of the existing building. 3) Construction of a new extension adding 10.99 sq. m to the front of the building, facing the public road. 4) To add external insulation with painted plaster finish. 5) Fit Velux rooflight to the right-hand side when viewed from the public road. 6) All ancillary site works in association with the above.
