construct single storey dwellings within the walled garden of the former Post Office and adjoining House, Both protected structures RPS 127 and RPS 681. There is 9No. proposed dwellings that will be Age Friendly units that consist of 5No. 1 bed and 4No. 2 bed single storey dwellings contained in 4 blocks along with works to the single storey outbuilding to have new roof, new windows, new doors and wall repairs with rooms then used for communal activities and storage for the 9No. Units. In conjunction with associated site development works.
