develop the following: the construction of an extension to the existing dwelling. Works include the demolition of 2 no. free-standing sheds and an existing 28sq.m single-storey extension to the original dwelling. The proposed works comprise the construction of a new 140sq.m two-storey extension and a 17sq.m free-standing garage. The development also includes a new boundary wall and gates to Swan Road, boundary hedging to the north-east and north-west boundaries, and all associated site works and ancillary services.
