for a period of 5 years from the date of grant for a surface carpark previously permitted under Planning Reg. Ref. Nos. 08/56, 11990058 and 18762. The surface carpark is on the site of Building No. 6, of approximately 0.15 ha, forming part of MacDonagh Junction and adjoining lands of approximately 4.94 ha, Kilkenny. The development for which temporary retention permission is sought consists of: the provision of 45 No. surface car spaces (including 2 No. disabled spaces); a turning area; drainage, lighting, flagpoles, bollards, pay and display machine; and all associated site development works.
