The development will consist of the extension of the Kells Village Loop Walk through the construction of a 30m long ramped section of boardwalk on the mill tail race island, a 10m span pedestrian bridge over the mill tail race, a new path along the north bank of the Kings River, removal of substructure associated with unfinished development of 4nr. houses, fencing and all associated site works. A Natura Impact Statement has been prepared and submitted to the Planning Authority with the application
