Full description from the council file

to revise house plans as previously granted under permissions 24/60628 & 25/60559. The development will consist of 1) reduction in building floor area from 253m² to 190 m², 2) Change of house type from two storey to single storey. The construction of the domestic garage, wastewater treatment system and percolation area, private bored well along with new site entrance and boundary treatments will all be carried out in accordance with previously granted permission 24/60628
