(a) at No. 27: change of use from retail at ground floor with ancillary storage overhead to restaurant use as an extension of the existing Lanigans Bar & Restaurant at Nos. 28/29, including a new kitchen with internal extract duct terminating at roof level, internal alterations and fit-out works, and the conservation and presentation of the medieval window; (b) at No. 27: change of use of the existing terrace at second floor level to provide an external seating area; (c) at Nos. 28/29: material alterations to the existing bar premises, including a new stairs serving all levels and internal alterations and fit-out works; (d) formation of new opes in the party wall between No. 27 and Nos. 28/29 to link the two premises; and (e) all associated site development, conservation and ancillary works. No. 27 Rose Inn Street (RPS ref. B181) and Nos. 28/29 Rose Inn Street (RPS ref. B182) are Protected Structures.
