The development will consist of: (i) A partial demolition of the existing two-storey extension on the south wing of the Manor House; (ii) the construction of a new two-storey extension (c.1,246 sqm) to the south of the Manor House, to provide: (a) dining room, bar, private dining, kitchen extension, WC’s, and cloakroom at ground floor level; and (b) ancillary back-of-house facilities, staff changing rooms, staff office, staff canteen, and service areas at lower ground floor level; (iii) the construction of a new two storey extension (c.2,586 sqm) to the north of the Manor House, to provide: (a) 19 no. guest suites, linen store, and outdoor thermal spa at ground floor level; and (b) reception/lobby, and spa facilities (including spa reception, café, kitchen, staff office, 13 no. treatment rooms, indoor thermal spa and ancillary facilities) at lower ground floor level; (iv) the provision of 37 no. car parking spaces including 5 no. accessible spaces and 5 no.
