as built/constructed dwelling relating to previously granted planning permission Pl. Ref. 19/1293. Modifications to that previously permitted include: 1. Revised position of the single storey dwelling which differs in position and orientation as to that previously granted permission 2. Revised positioning and number of windows and doors to the dwelling 3. Addition of a canopy type structure decking area constructed to the southern elevation 4. Revisions to overall site layout including open space areas and car parking areas 5. And all associated and ancillary site works, And Planning permission for removal of existing rear boundary fence and relocation of same
