for a family cluster of 2 no. single storey type house & 1 no. storey and a half type house with part single storey, garage / store for domestic use on each site, the installation of a proprietary wastewater treatment system with polishing filter percolation area to serve each house, and upgrading works to the existing family entrance gateway to a combined vehicular recessed entrance with a new access driveway to serve the family cluster and all associated site works.
