A) The part demolition of the existing dwelling structure, including the removal of the rear two storey lean-to and the single storey side extension annex, B) A part single-storey, part two-storey extension including an indoor pool and gym to the side and rear of the existing two storey dwelling comprising a total extension area of 669.1sqm, C) The construction of a 3 carport garage with storage to first floor level above (107sqm), D) Replacement of existing septic tank with a proposed new Waste Water Treatment System and associated percolation area, E) Associated pool filters and drainage systems, F) Modifications to existing site entrance, G) As well as all associated internal and external alterations and site development works.
